Hello! I’m Marcus E. Hammond (aka The 213 Notary), a professional California Notary Public with extensive experience serving clients, having previously served as a Government Legal Assistant/Texas Notary Public in the General Counsel's Office for Dallas Area Rapid Transit.

     I am also a Notary Loan Signing Agent. My past work experience includes disaster-relief lending as a Paralegal Specialist for the US Small Business Administration, where I prepared loan closing documents and reviewed loan documents post-closing to recommend & initiate the disbursement of loan funds.
